We are so involved on the recordings and I am soon leaving to Italy to start with the vocals. Drums, rythm guitars and bass are ready I believe and I've heard they are just awesome!
I'm really looking forward to arrive and getting involved in that and of course, getting a real Italian pizza!

Dark Moor will have a special guest for the next album, the talented soprano singer Berenice Musa.

Berenice Musa began to study classical singing at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
After completing the Intermediate Level in the Conservatory moved
to Holland where she finds the higher education in Codarts
Conservatory of Rotterdam.
Along with an extensive career as a Soprano soloist who has been singing Opera and concert halls for various Spanish and European
cities, get to combine her passion for metal as the singer of the
band Tears of Martyr.

She is special singer with a unique voice, We are really happy about this collaboration.

Hi dudes!

It is a pleasure to inform you good news.
We are currently working on the songwriting of what will be our eighth studio album, which we get to burn in the summer.
In August we will depart for Italy to carry it out with the help of our long time friend and producer Luigi Stefanini from New Sin Studios, and we hope the new work sees the light at the end
of this year.
Just tell you that there will be some surprises that we are sure you will like. We are very excited about how things are going out and we believe that is a very important step on our career. Stay tunned, soon we will forward some other things.

Dear Dark Moor friends and fans,

As all of you know, many times, we have talked about the great Dark Moor's family in which you who, unconditionally, supports us, are included, and about Art as a way of evading reality through the spiritual realm; well, today, our family has a void impossible to replenish.

Paul Naschy has passed away, the genial actor, director and writer of horror movies, one of the best in the world, and, maybe, the best in Spain. An Artist and a master.

Without him, the Spanish artistic scene is a little emptier, as it adds to the recent disappearance of other great stars of our cinematography.

From here, we can only pity the world of art and culture, and join the grief of his family.

Rest in peace, rest in History, dear Jacinto Molina, dear Paul Naschy.

Hello to everybody,

I will try to go straigh to the point in this statement.
After thinking about this a lot, I took this tough decision that my time in Dark Moor ends here.

In the last few months my head was not with Dark Moor and this situation could have been damaging for the band and for my personal relation with Alfred, Enrik and Roberto in a near future, therefore after some conversations with the guys I have made this decision, which I think is the right thing to do.

I have spent almost 5 years in the family, almost 5 years in which I do not regret of anything, in which I have learned to be a good professional, both in studio and stage, in which I have recorded 3 works of art (Beyond the Sea, Tarot and Autumnal), in which I have shared lots of memories with the guys, good and bad, in which I have met lots of good and bad people. 5 years of concerts in which I worked my fingers to the bone in order that YOU, the fans, could enjoy Dark Moor. I could keep saying a lot but lets leave that here, I said I was going to try to be as straightforward as possible.

I will keep playing with Inntrance, my main band from this moment, in which I will give 100%

I wish all the best to the band, from the bottom of my heart, and so to Enrik (Thanks my friend for teaching me during 5 years and for being that professional), to Alfred (such good moments with you bro, I will never forget that), to Rober (who are you going to share beers with from now on? Haha, I won't forget you mate...) and to Diana (what would we do without you?)

And I don't want to say goodbye without thanking you for your support, you the fans keep us alive. Thanks a lot for everything!!See you soon!

Following the release of the critically-acclaimed ‘Tarot’, which confirmed their status as one of the leading forces in the European metal scene, the Spanish power/symphonic metallers Dark Moor are ready to come back with a new, exciting album, the seventh in their prestigious career, which is gonna take them to a whole new level. In August 2008, with great expectations from the fans, Dark Moor came back to Italy to work with their producer, renowned Luigi Stefanini, in order to record the new masterpiece ‘Autumnal’.
This album is indoubtely the most intriguing Dark Moor work so far. The powerful symphonic metal which gave the band its phenomenal reputation all around the world is still here but the wide range of new sounds achieved with ‘Autumnal’, from the celtic athmospheres of ‘Phantom Queen’, to the arabian melodies of ‘When The Sun Is Gone’ and the mystical and gothic-oriented approach of ‘The Enchanted Forest’, will give Dark Moor's fans something which was really worth waiting for. Artwork duties were handled by canadian artist Yaga Kielb. Also a special appearance from talented soprano Itea Benedicto (Niobeth) is confirmed.
January 2009 will see the band's new album in the stores.
